Comments: I am not sure if you can call it speed training because when a turtle goes fast it is still slow. 😉 But I’ll never turn into that hare(ess) unless I try. The track at the Y is 1/16th of a mile. I will continue this for another 2 weeks or so and then increase my ‘fast’ running laps to 4.Â
